Rachel Klubeck grew up in Norman, Oklahoma, where she later earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oklahoma. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.A recognized leader in Oklahoma’s cannabis law industry, Rachel received the NextGen Under 30 Award in 2019 for her pioneering work in cannabis compliance and regulation. Her article “Waste Not, Want Not” on cannabis waste management was published in the Oklahoma Bar Journal’s first-ever medical marijuana edition (March 2020), making her one of the youngest attorneys in the Journal’s history to be published at just 27. She was published again in May 2025 for her article “Navigating Compliance Challenges: Addressing Oklahoma’s Legislative Gaps in Cannabis Processing.”Rachel has also been a featured speaker at CannaCon, where she presented “Hazardous Processing and Class 6 Compliance” in 2023, sharing practical insights into Oklahoma’s evolving cannabis regulatory framework. From 2021 through 2025, she has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star—an honor awarded to only 2.5% of Oklahoma attorneys.Rachel lives in Oklahoma City with her son, Jude, and their Great Dane, King.
